Michael Davis

Michael Davis is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Middle Tennessee Solutions, bringing more than [number] years of experience in the [construction / industry specialty] industry. Kelly Davis serves as Vice President and Accounts Manager at Middle Tennessee Solutions, where she overseas client accounts, internal coordination, and financial tracking with a strong focus on clear, communication, organization, and accountability. She plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and the internal team.
Kelly works closely with project managers and clients to ensure expectations and timelines are clearly defined and consistently met. Her attention to detail, accuracy, and responsiveness helps support long-term client relationships and smooth project execution.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys going to church, spending time with her family and friends, and coaching/mentoring young athletes. She values work-life balance, family time, and community involvement. She is especially interested in supporting her children in their activities/sporting events and enjoys time when they can all be together at home relaxing or having game night.

Operations Manager

Vice President / Accounts Manager
Robert True serves as the Operations Manager at Middle Tennessee Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. He oversees purchasing, scheduling, staffing, and logistics across all projects, ensuring each one is completed on time, within budget, and—most importantly—to the customer’s satisfaction.
Robert provides strong leadership across teams, job sites, and departments, managing day-to-day operations while proactively addressing challenges, risks, and inefficiencies. His hands-on, solutions-driven approach supports efficiency, safety, quality control, and consistent project success.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys attending local community theatre with his wife and contributing behind the scenes by building sets for local productions. He values teamwork, craftsmanship, and mentoring, and takes pride in spending time with his family—especially his grandchildren, Cooper, Hayden, Sutton, and Elliott. In his spare time, he also enjoys tackling home projects and working outdoors.
LOGAN Davis
Project Manager / Marketing Specialist
Logan Davis is a Project Manager and Marketing Specialist at Middle Tennessee Solutions. He oversees projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and clear communication are upheld. In addition to managing projects, Logan leads marketing and branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s presence and client relationships. He brings a detail-driven, collaborative approach to every project and is passionate about building relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time with Jesus and serving the Church, spending time with family, going on mission trips, and has a strong interest in marketing campaigns, digital design, and innovation. He values continued learning, growing, collaboration, and every individual being seen, known, and appreciated.
